TNT Real Estate Productions offers professional real estate media services, including but not limited to photography, videography, aerial drone footage, 3D virtual tours, and social media content creation.

• All bookings must be scheduled in advance through our website or by contacting us directly.
• Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• TNT Real Estate Productions retains the copyright to all media created.
• Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the content for real estate marketing purposes.
• Content may not be resold, transferred, or modified without prior written consent.
• TNT Real Estate Productions reserves the right to use any media for promotional and portfolio purposes.

• Clients must ensure properties are photo-ready at the time of the scheduled shoot.
• TNT Real Estate Productions is not responsible for staging, cleaning, or property preparation.
• Any delays due to property conditions may result in additional fees or rescheduling.

• Standard delivery time for completed media is within 24-48 hours.
• Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.

• TNT Real Estate Productions is not responsible for any property damage occurring during a shoot unless caused by gross negligence.
• Clients agree to indemnify and hold TNT Real Estate Productions harmless against any claims arising from the use of our services.

• Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases of service failure.
• If weather conditions prevent aerial drone photography, we will reschedule at no additional charge.

TNT Real Estate Productions reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
